Liane brings 15+ years of experience in Professional Services. She has a Master's Degree is Industrial Organizational Psychology and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF. She is also a Certified Birkman Method Practitioner.
Liane is a consummate professional. She helped me source excellent executive leadership coaching options for my clients at Allstate Canada. I had very specific criteria. With her PCC professional background in coaching, she has an excellent understanding of the difference between coaching and mentoring - and what best suits the leader's needs and goals.
